Mark came to my house last week to carry out some electrical work and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Communication when arranging the job was excellent, responses were quick and clear, and booking the work in was straightforward. As I work from home, having Wifi available during the work was really important to me, and Mark was very understanding about this. He made sure any disruption was kept to a minimum and talked through things beforehand, which I really appreciated. Excellent. Three separate jobs needed completing, fitted new pull down light switch, attached oven to mains and isolated electrics to outdoor shed. Mark done all three effectively. Going above and beyond to help ensure one of the jobs was completed safely even though there was some problems that we didn't envisage. No problem at all just remedied the issue. Quote was accurate.
